All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our adventure footwear, but understand that sometimes the fit isn’t perfect. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on climbing shoes that show signs of wear or have been used outdoors. These items must be returned in pristine condition with clean soles.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our Edinburgh facility using a trackable service
  5. Wait for processing – We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
