Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two shipping methods tailored for adventurers:

Express Delivery (DHL/FedEx): £12.95, delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking.
Free Standard Delivery (EMS): Free for orders over £50, delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally to most destinations, though we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Our system will automatically check your address during checkout and inform you if we can’t ship to your location. We’re continually expanding our delivery network to serve more adventurers worldwide.
How is my order packaged for shipment?
Your performance footwear is packed in protective materials designed to withstand international shipping while minimizing environmental impact. We use just enough packaging to ensure your shoes arrive in perfect condition, reflecting our commitment to both product quality and environmental responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your footwear doesn’t meet your adventure needs, simply contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Items must be in unworn condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
